Publications

The dissemination of information to benefit the scientific community and ultimately, the public, is critical to ILSI's mission. ILSI's professional, scientific, and scholarly publications, as well as its quarterly newsletter, ILSI News, make available to the international scientific community the important research findings and analyses supported by ILSI, its institutes, centers, and its branches.

Nutrition Reviews
In publication since 1942, Nutrition Reviews is the leading resource among scientific journals providing state-of-the-art information on developments in nutrition, dietetics, food science, and nutrition science policy. Full-text access to Nutrition Reviews is now available online.

Books
ILSI has published several major publications, including the ninth edition of Present Knowledge in Nutrition. Now available in two convenient volumes, this landmark reference and text on nutrition science has been in continuous publication since 1953. Over the years, various editions have been translated into Spanish, Japanese, Italian, Korean, and Chinese.  For more information please click here
